Youber Design Inc. is an architectural design company that offers our services within all five boroughs of New York. The president and founder, Younes Berrada, started up the company in 2008. Since then, we have grown into a diverse company of 9 people, creating a successful and expanding business in the City of New York. The nine of us, commuting from different areas of New York and New Jersey, will work with you every step of the process and encounter with the Department of Buildings to improve your buildings and properties.

In addition to our growing company, Younes Berrada, has more than 18 years of experience and education in architecture design and NYC building code. We expertise in drafting, expediting within Department of Buildings, FDNY, DOT, DEP as well as ECB/DOB violations and OATH hearings.

We strive to provide the most efficient and beneficial services available to every one of our clients. We work with managing agents and owners of building properties in all of New York. Youber Design Inc. helps to create residential and commercial spaces to be more functional and efficient for future tenants.
