ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING

We use CAD to convert our measurements and sketches into an architect design of existing and proposed plans for construction, plumbing, mechanical, electrical work. 

ECB/DOB VIOLATIONS

We help to determine the resolution to correct open violations (existing or new) given on the building. We can file for new jobs to correct, we take care of the expediting to the Department of Buildings AEU unit, the certificate of corrections, as well as notify the owner and/or managing agent of any penalties associated with the violations. We also attend ECB court hearings.
